A Message from Mayor Kelly Burke
As we bid farewell to the warmth of summer and welcome the changing colors of fall, I’m excited to bring you updates on the businesses that have sprouted in the Village. The end of summer marks a season of transition, and it’s the perfect time to explore the diverse offerings that Evergreen Park has to offer.
New owners have taken over two old favorites here in Evergreen Park, Porter Cullens Irish Pub & Restaurant (3541 W. 99th St) and Wonder Nails (3343 W. 95th St). Let’s extend them both a very warm welcome!
Toast It Iz, a breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant opened in late June. They are located at 9204 S Western.
Biggby Coffee opened in July at 3150 W. 95th St. Visit this well-known chain for delicious coffee, other drinks, and snacks to help fuel your day.
Party Blossom Boutique opened last month at 9539 S. Pulaski. They offer flowers for purchase at the store, along with balloons and floral arrangements for special events.
The long-awaited Subaru dealership is open with a great inventory of new and used autos. It is located at 3101 W. 95th Street and promises to be a valuable addition to our community.
Ichiddo Ramen has recently opened its doors at the Plaza. The full-service, sit-down restaurant specializes in authentic Japanese ramen dishes and is located at 9646 S. Western.
Finally, interior remodels have begun for both Chipotle (3259 W. 95th St) and J. Crew Factory (9610 S. Western). Both are expected to be open by the end of this year.
So there you have it! Lots of exciting changes are happening around Evergreen Park. Cheers to a cozy season ahead and remember to look to our local businesses first to “Keep the Green in Evergreen!”
