Learn Not To Burn: Annual Third Grade Safety Course
The Evergreen Park Fire Department hosts the Annual Third Grade Fire Safety Activity Course every March. During this course, the children demonstrate fire safety disciplines that they learn in the Learn Not To Burn program. The course is a timed event, per classroom and individuals. Prizes are awarded to participants. All third grade children from the schools participating in the Learn Not To Burn program are invited to participate in the course.
Community CPR Training is offered monthly at the Evergreen Park Fire Department, 9000 S. Kedzie. We offer CPR certification in "Friends & Family", "Heart Saver - CPR", "Heart Saver - CPR/AED" and "Health Care Provider".
There is no charge to Village residents and businesses (proof of residency required). Non-residents fees vary depending on the required class. Please call our office for a list of fees. . Classes are limited to a maximum of 10. If enrollment is fewer than 4, the class will be cancelled.
